Great, cute cafe in the old town. Friendly service, great cappuccino, a large selection of snacks and drinks, completely happy. Like waffles, so are the huge baguettes. Class!!

Although we have coffee here more often and have breakfast now and then, I would like to take the opportunity to point out a few things. First of all, it must be clear to everyone that the low prices come at the expense of quality. This is less the case with drinks than with dishes. Don't expect to get very high quality food for € 7.90. In general, however, I think that considerable improvements are possible here without horrific surcharges. An example: some of the breakfast items have a crossaint with them. But these are not real crossaints, but the mini crossaits, frozen mass goods from the discounter. The Cafe Klatsch has 3 bakeries within 1-2 minutes walking distance. It would be easy to get REAL crossaints there, even without pre-ordering or the like. Serving breakfast takes an average of 10-15 minutes. So enough time for one of the employees to get 3 crossaints from the bakery. For that I am happy to pay one euro more for the cheap breakfast! Some of the dishes also contain many ready-made products, e.g. the Bolognese sauce. With the appropriate preparation (precooking + shock freezing), correct sauces can be used without having to resort to ready-made / frozen products. I hope you don't get me wrong here, I think Cafe Klatsch is a good place, it would only be nice if the owners could improve the rather low quality a little with such small changes, I personally like to pay a bit more for better quality , because the prices are really very humane for Oberursler standards. I would have one more wish: the English breakfast is not quite the right thing for something hearty. I would like an American breakfast. Eggs, mini sausages, crispy bacon or fried breakfast sausage and hash browns. Give it a try! :)

Great location and vibe. Everyone at the cafe was very friendly. Sunday is the only day they offer brunch.

We were going today to have some dinner and we found out that at the branch in Oberursel they close now at 19:00. We still recommend the place and we like it, but we think that serving food until 18:00 is not that good for those who leave the office at that time.

The restaurant is very well located and comfortably furnished. Breakfast was very good and sufficient in quantity. Nothing special, but the standard was well met. Only the bread was relatively dry. The waitress was friendly but you often had the feeling that the guests disturb him at work.
